Joseph J. Lifrieri, Ph.D, D.GE, PE, CPG, PP, PMP, F.ASCE

Dr. Lifrieri brings more than 45 years of sound experience in applied geotechnical, geological, geo-hydrological and geo-environmental fields across a wide range of projects. His deep proficiency has lent to expert witness testimony, forensic engineering studies, and existing pollution cost recovery and responsibility allocation studies. Major projects include the Port Jefferson Power Plant, the Moorestown Electrical Storage Yard for PSE&G, and Atlantic City Casino Projects. Dr. Lifrieri carries a PhD. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is a Fellow of the American Society of Engineers. He has multiple societal affiliations, including the Association of Engineering Geologists and AIPG, and was an AHERA Asbestos Inspector and a certified Mold Remediation Specialist.
